We went to the splash pad and park with my friend Pamela (from grad school) and her daughter Katja. They will be moving to Minnesota before the end of the month and I'm glad we had a chance to spend some time together before they leave.
Danny wasn't too sure about all of the water features at the splash pad. I think they were a little too unpredictable for him. 
We also had a party to go with Nate's coworkers. Danny loved swimming in the pool. His favorite part was jumping off the edge into Nate's arms. And after watching the big kids jump off the diving board, he decided he wanted to try it. He went off the board several times and loved it!
One of Nate's coworkers has a little boy who is only a couple of months younger than Danny. They had a good time romping around the backyard together.
